Mother's Day Long Rose Cake

Finally, a beautiful day in Pittsburgh!  Temps in the 70’s and plenty of sunshine today!  Be sure to get your Vitamin D….Dear Boss, I am Vitamin D deficient due to the recent rainy day weather, so my doctor has advised me to spend  today in the sunshine.  Since my office is in a cubicle, this simply cannot be accomplished at work, so therefor, I will not be in today!  SOUNDS GOOD TO ME! If you need further ammunition: http://www.vitamindcouncil.org/health-conditions/cancer/.
